An unnamed citizen was walking to his car from a nearby residence when he was confronted by two 17-year-old males who pulled a gun on him, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele said.
Both suspects were pronounced dead at the scene, according to The Philadelphia Inquirer.
