DailyKenn.com — Joseph Liebe, was fatally shot in Milton, Florida.
Ja’cobey Quartise James, 20, was charged with first degree murder and Marcus Terel Dickinson, 29, was charged with second degree murder. A third suspect, 20-year old Ty’jerrious Keon Malone, was arrested for first degree murder.
Reports say Liebe was encountered at a gas station, but was pursued when he drove away and was shot while fleeing. Robbery was the apparent motive.
