DailyKenn.com — 37-year-old James Miller was fatally shot in Toledo, OH.
Arrested was Daiqjuan Smith, 21. He faces charges of murder and felonious assault.
A second victim, Kayla Braithwaite, was also shot, but survived.
Police did not release a motive for the shooting.
