DailyKenn.com — Amy Jean Uff, 53, was declared dead by emergency medical services personnel responding to reports of a shooting in Marion Station, Maryland.
Morris Edward Cotton III, 42, of Marion Station, Maryland, is charged with first-degree murder, second-degree murder, and related charges.
Cotton was taken into custody as he was exiting the residence where the Uff was found.
