DailyKenn.com — Peter John Popovich, 63, was fatally shot during an attempted robbery in Pleasant Hill, CA.
The suspect, Trevon Davis, 21, was also fatally shot.
Reports say Davis and another man attempted to rob Popovich while the victim was working as a legal cannabis delivery driver. Popovich was armed and attempted to defend himself.
