DailyKenn.com — 27-year-old Jamieson Ritter was fatally shot in Cleveland, OH.
24-year-old De'Lawnte Hardy, has been charged with aggravated murder.
Officers were dispatched to a house in response to a call about a man wanted for felonious assault.
A black male exited the house and tried to leave the area on a bicycle. When officers attempted to arrest the male, he produced a firearm and began firing multiple times. Hardy was struck by a bullet and succumbed to his injuries.
