DailyKenn.com — Steven Hughes, 46, was fatally shot while attempting to repossess a vehicle in Columbia, SC.
Raheem Jackson, 20, and his sister Essence Jackson, 19, have been charged with murder in connection with the shooting.
The vehicle did not belong to either of the suspects.
Hughes, 46, was fatally shot just five days before his birthday.
Hughes' tow truck was riddled with bullet holes on the driver's door, and he was found seated in the driver's seat.
