DailyKenn.com — U.S. Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif) seems to believe the January 6 protest is the equivalent of the 9-11 attack on the Twin Towers in New York City. 2,977 people were killed by Islamic terrorists on September 11, 2001 when they flew hijacked airliners into two skyscapers, crashed another into the Pentegon, and ditched a fourth flight in a Pennsylvania field. Five people died and at least 140 were reported injured the day protesters barged into the U.S. Capitol Building in Washington, D.C.
The senator expressed his views on MSNBC.
Another 25 people were killed as the result of the protracted riots that were widely associated with the black lives matter movement and Antifa after the death of career criminal George Floyd while in police custody.
Oddly, Swalwell has not called for a 9-11 style commission to investigate Black Lives Matter or Antifa. He has, however, called for such a commission to investigate the January 6 protest.

A mob of Trump supporters breached the Capitol building during a protest which turned into a riot against the Electoral College’s certification of the presidential election results.
