DailyKenn.com — Maria Hernandez, 74, was bound and beaten to death during a burglary of her New York City apartment.
Terrence Moore, 53, was charged with murder and burglary. Lashawn Mackey, 47, was also arrested.
"State correction records show that Moore was held in state prison from 1990 to 2017 on second-degree murder, first-degree robbery, weapon possession and prison contraband charges.He was placed on lifetime parole, the records show," a report said.
The victim appears Hispanic or Latino.
