DailyKenn.com — Elijah McClain, 23, died after an encounter with police in Aurora, Colorado.

Randy Roedema, Nathan Woodyard, Jeremy Cooper, Jason Rosenblatt and Peter Cichuniec have been charged in the death of a man whose life they attempted to save after a police encounter.

All five pleaded not guilty to all charges.

The incident occurred in 2019. The charges were reported in January, 2023.
