DailyKenn.com — 24-year-old Deeta Shavesha Weaver was fatally shot in Kingston, Tennessee.
Charged with first-degree murder was 50-year-old Clifford Amos Koontz. He was also charged with three counts of attempted murder after shooting at police officers, reports say.
