DailyKenn.com — 22-year-old Timothy O'Ryan Jacobs was fatally shot in Lumberton, North Carolina.
Charged with the felony offenses of accessory after the fact and failure to report a death was 18-year-old Xavier Davis.
"Two suspects were previously arrested and three more were wanted," according to wfxb.com.
Jacobs was found in a car parked in a field.
