DailyKenn.com — 18-year-old De'Arreis Smith was fatally shot at an after-prom party in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi.
"Cameron Everett Brand, 19, was identified by police as the shooter that fired multiple rounds," according to dailymail.co.uk.
Also killed was 16-year-old Haeleigh Stamper.
Four others are in serious condition, the report said.
