DailyKenn.com — 45-year-old Lisa Swift-Bird was fatally shot at a Belen, NM Sonic drive-in restaurant.
Donald Lewis was arrested and charged in the shooting death.
Reports say Swift-Bird had a previous relationship with Lewis' brother and the three of them had lived together until Swift-Bird moved out.
