DailyKenn.com — 33-year-old Freddy Rodriguez died while defending his home and family in Twin Falls, ID.
In custody is Mi’Quavis Taylor.
According to kmvt.com, "Rodriguez heard a disturbance outside his home early Thursday morning.
"He was shot and killed while confronting the suspect. The suspect then fled the scene."
According to his gofundme page, "Freddy leaves behind a beautiful wife and three amazing children."
Taylor was earlier implicated in a non-fatal shooting at a Target store that reportedly involved a "large group".
