DailyKenn.com — Garrett Edward White was fatally shot at a Seneca, SC apartment complex.
Tyleigh Anderson-Savage, 19, was arrested.
Seneca Police Chief Casey Bowling said the shooting was a result of an argument between the two men.
We suspect the argument may have been over money that Anderson-Savage was attempting to steal from White.
