DailyKenn.com — Laticha Bracero, 42, and her daughter Alyssa Cordova, 21, died instantly when struck by a vehicle traveling about 70 mph in St. Louis.
Monte Henderson, 22, was arrested and released on a $20,000 bond.
The horrifying incident injured others, including a 61-year-old woman and two teen girls.
Henderson apparently ran a red light.
Video of the crash was posted on social media.
