DailyKenn.com — Ka'Marion Dolch, 7, was fatally shot in Canton, OH.
Arrested was the child's biological father, William Dolch, 37.
29-year-old Brittany Franko has been charged with complicity to commit reckless homicide, endangering children, and obstructing official business. Franko is the girlfriend of Dolch, according to police.
The victim was found in a Knight's Inn Motel room.

Kane Williams, 26, was fatally stabbed in Lake Jackson, TX.
In custody is Bear Norton, 46.
Custody records identify Norton as white.
Reports say Norton was arrested for an unrelated burglary charge but hasn't been charged in connection with Williams' death.
