Currently, black females are tacitly encouraged to proliferate as a source of income. Governments allocate billions of dollars to them as part of the 'War on Poverty.'" Victims of black violence, most of whom are black, are considered nothing more than collateral damage, a price the left is willing to pay because, in the end, they are the true racists.
