The man appears to be standing in the street when struck by a car. The impact hurls the man in the air. Later, another vehicle approaches and stops as the female driver of the second car exits her vehicle and appears to briefly talk the injured man now laying helpless in the street.
Then a third vehicle approaches. As a Spanish-speaking male engages the injured man, another vehicle runs over the victim, dragging him about 60 feet, reports say.
The man died from his injuries. The incident reportedly occurred on April 11.
