DailyKenn.com — 25-year-old Tomas Lee Bouknight was fatally shot during a "road rage" incident in Daytona Beach, FL.
Arrested was Ricardo Gibbs, 35.
The death appears to be another "traveling while White" incident. Bouknight had been riding a motorcycle. Gibbs was driving a vehicle.
