A "crowd of juveniles" (Black teen mob) ransacked a convenience store in Philadelphia, continuing a behavioral tradition that transcends generations. The incident was captured on video and largely ignored by mainstream media, including Fox News.
Are all Blacks predisposed to mob violence?
Obviously not. The Black gentlemen who discussed the incident are among the exceptions.
Police say officers arrived on the scene and observed roughly 100 juveniles causing damage to the store. Police said some of the people in the videos may be as young at 10.

"The bottom line is: we can not have this type of behavior happening in this city. The business community doesn't deserve that, the citizens don't deserve it," said John Stanford, first deputy police commissioner.
