DailyKenn.com — Jeremiah Tracy Green, 11, was fatally shot at his home in Dallas, Texas.
30-year-old Jakeith Huntley has been charged with capital murder.
Reports say Huntley, who showed up at the boy's home at 2 a.m., was the victim's mother's former boyfriend.
The mother, 31-year-old Jocelyn Green, was also shot and hospitalized.
