DailyKenn.com — 52-year-old Jude Watson, a former police oversight commissioner, was killed in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Ricky McCain, 54, was charged with murdering the noted community activist. Charges include open murder, first-degree home invasion and assault with intent to commit sexual penetration.
Walton died of strangulation, reports say. She was found during a police well-being check.
