DailyKenn.com — Police say a woman in her twenties was kidnapped and raped in Tampa, Florida.
Arrested was Joseph Killins, 38.
Reports say the victim's family found her using a cell phone app. When they attempted to rescue her, Killins allegedly fired shots at them. Two were reportedly injured
According to nypost.com:
"The next day, Killins threw a woman in her early 40s to the ground at the same apartment complex, punching her in the face before stealing her backpack, according to police.
"He was last seen running away toward the Haven Waters Edge Apartment complex."
