DailyKenn.com — 42-year-old Cody Kinslow was fatally shot in Temple, TX.
"47-year-old Howard Lee Baily was arrested and charged with murder after shooting and killing 42-year-old Cody Kinslow," kdhnews.com reported.
Kinslow was apparently shot multiple times inside a home.
No backstory was provided by the media.
An obituary reported, "Cody is survived by his wife, Laura Kinslow; two sons, Gabe and Jett Kinslow."

I was an acquaintance of Cody Kinslow & read in an article on kwtx's app that the defendants reasoning for killing him was that he stole money & drugs from them & they were going to get them back & the rest is history. It certainly wasn't the way to handle it but I do understand why they did it.
He took advantage of my kindness & generosity & conned me. It's a long story but he wasn't as good of a person as his family portrayed him as.
I must say .. thank you with all sincerity and I applaud you for taking the time to say something truthful..
I commend your honesty even more so when it comes at a time when saying the truth goes against what the public wants to hear. I am a little surprised that your comment hasn't landed more scrutiny and backlash, however if it does I want you to know that I stand beside you wholeheartedly in agreeance to the character of the deceased. I pray more truth like this comes out about these individuals, for I am the number one person shouting out loud that there's more to this then what meets the eye and definitely more to this than what is being publicly projected. Thank you for being brave and stepping up to say say something.
