Amanda C. Carter, 34, fatally shot in Decatur, IL

DailyKenn.com — Amanda C. Carter, 34, was fatally shot in Decatur, IL.

Arrested were Ezekiel D. Gray and Quentrell D. Banks.

Carter was shot in the head at a home and appears to have known both Gray and Banks. Two small children were present when she was killed.
