Four killed, including shooter, in Palm Bay, Florida "multi-location rampage"

DailyKenn.com — Robert Hoeffner, 76, his sister, Sally Hoeffner, 69, and William Kapas Sr. 78, were fatally shot in Palm Bay, Florida.

The shooter, 24-year-old Brandon Kapas, was killed by police.

Reports describe the shootings in which two police officers were wounded as a "multi-location rampage."

Robert Hoeffner was a retired priest and Williams Kapas Sr was the shooter's white grandfather.
