DailyKenn.com — Jennifer Gail Dimatteo, 32, died after being struck by a vehicle in Milwaukee County, WI.
23-year-old Forest Mayes was "charged with one count of Hit and Run – Resulting in Death, because, per a criminal complaint, he 'knew or had reason to know that the accident resulted in injury or death of a person,'" according to cbs58.com.
Police used surveillance video to locate Mayes. Mayes was arrested after leading investigators on a lengthy pursuit.
