The shooting stemmed from a towing company repossessing a vehicle.
An incident report reveals that a deputy arrived at the scene and observed a tow truck with its hazard lights on and the driver’s door open. The report noted multiple gunshot holes in the driver’s door and the victim found inside the vehicle.
Deputies discovered a significant number of 9mm spent cartridge casings at the rear of the residence after the victim was transported to the hospital.
