DailyKenn.com — George Elijah Jr., 50, was fatally shot during a Montgomery, AL Hispanic grocery robbery.
Jarques Butler, 18, was charged.
Also killed were store owner Romero Lopez, 43, and his son Daniel Lopez.
The charges against Butler include one count of capital murder of two or more people and two counts of capital murder during the commission of a robbery.
Police confirmed that the store was burglarized over the weekend. A donation jar for the Lopezes was among the items stolen.
