DailyKenn.com — Adam G. Paisley, 36, was fatally shot in Darien, GA.
Darry Rasheed Herrington, 28, was charged with felony murder.
When deputies arrived at the scene following the 911 calls, they found Paisley lying unresponsive in the yard.
