DailyKenn.com — KellyAnne Kane, 41, was fatally shot in Philadelphia, PA.
Jacquan Williams, 31, is being sought in the shooting.
Police believe Williams shot and killed Kane, a bystander, during a fight with another individual.
When Williams fired at a person who tried to break up the fight, police said, he shot Kane, 41, in the arm. The injury was severe. Kane was pronounced dead at Temple University Hospital later that morning.
According to Wikipedia.com, the Kensington neighborhood where the shooting occurred in 19 percent white and 59.9 percent Hispanic or Latino. "The median yearly income of the neighborhood is $28,368."
