A man seeking asylum in the city of Pau, France, has reportedly stabbed an immigration official to death after his asylum was rejected.
On Friday, February 19th, at around 11 a.m. local time, a 38-year-old Sudanese migrant stabbed a 46-year-old official at a French asylum seeker reception facility. The immigration official was reportedly stabbed at least three times, with one of the stab wounds being to his throat.
