The woman was on her way to church when a large male who was dark complected is seen knocking her to the pavement and stomping on her head.
Two male employees of a hotel where the security camera was mounted, did nothing to help the woman. Reports say they have since been suspended.
The attack comes as the far-left media is highlighting attacks against East Asians in the USA, and blaming the violence on white racism.
The attack occurred in New York City.

Two building staff who witnessed an Asian woman being kicked in the head in a vicious daylight attack have been suspended from work for doing nothing to help her.
The victim, 65, was on her way to church when she was attacked by a man in Manhattan on Monday. He reportedly told her: 'F*** you, you don't belong here.'
