Far-left Democrats earlier sounded the alarm. Those annoying patriots were about to barge into the Capitol building again.
Rep. Green would have none of it.
"Rep. Al Green (D-Texas) is sending a message to QAnon and right-wing extremist threats by sitting on the Capitol steps on Thursday," thehill.com reported, "the date authorities warned militia groups were potentially planning another breach of the building."
So, Green promised to sit on the steps of the Capitol building Thursday to safeguard our freedom, huh? Who knows how long he sat there? (Or if he even did sit there.)

March 4 was the day Donald Trump was expected to lead a massive horde of MAGA people into the Capitol where he would be inaugurated and overthrow the government, according to the left's latest conspiracy theory. Fortunately, Al was there to keep the place safe and secure.

Alarmism is a tactic utilized by authoritarians to displace critical, rational thinking with emotional reaction; in most cases, fear. Among the alarmist scenarios employed by the far-left to instill fear are man-made climate change and omnipresent threat of white racism. The alarmist tactic also serves to distract us from genuine concerns, such as a hordes of invaders at our nation's southern border and an old man with dementia occupying the White House.
Regardless, it's clear the number of children crossing the U.S.-Mexico border could fast overwhelm government systems, in ways similar to the crises in 2014 and 2019.
The uptick comes while the administration continues to use an emergency public health order to quickly deport migrant adults and some families — including asylum seekers.
At the same time, Biden has reversed a Trump administration policy of using the public health order to quickly turn away unaccompanied children.
