DailyKenn.com — Podcaster Jessica Beauvais ranted against police on her live-stream Facebook stream hours before running down a traffic cop in New York City, reports say.
Beauvais is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Officer Anastasios Tsakos, 43, died in the incident.

Volkswagen and later died of his injuries," newsweek.com reported.
Reports say Beauvais, who used the pseudonym Phoenix Michel, "was driving with a suspended license and that she had a blood-alcohol level of 0.15, which is almost twice the New York state limit of 0.08," according to the New York Post quoting police.
Beauvais signed off her podcast with, "And until then, f*** the police."
Beauvais signed off the livestream saying she would be back next week and added: "And until then, f*** the police."
In the early hours of Tuesday morning, Beauvais was arrested and is due to be arraigned on counts of vehicular manslaughter and reckless endangerment, leaving an accident resulting in death, fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle as well as driving while intoxicated, the New York Post reported.
She was allegedly behind the wheel of a car that struck and killed New York Police Department (NYPD) officer Anastasios Tsakos, 43, who had attended an earlier accident on the Long Island Expressway.
