AbateHate.com — Aidan Fincher, age 20, was fatally shot in Tusla, Oklahoma.
Arrested are Corry Lykes and his girlfriend Tia Norwood. Both are each facing a manslaughter charge.
Reports say the 20-year-old father to be was relaxing at home in his apartment with his wife when a bullet came through the wall and stuck him in the head.
The incident occurred May 29, 2021.
Lykes said he pulled his pistol out of his bag and placed it on a nearby table. Norwood grabbed the pistol and said she was leaving.
When Lykes tried to grab the pistol from her, one shot fired from the gun. Norwood let go of the gun and left the apartment.
The bullet went through the wall and hit the man in the neighboring apartment in the back of his head. Police said the man is "brain dead" and will not survive.
