A man has been arrested in a deadly shooting this morning in North Little Rock, police reported.
Robert Watts, 34, was charged with first-degree murder in the death of Evan Bowers.
Bowers, 31, was found shot after officers responded to a disturbance about 10:39 a.m. at a home near West 22nd and Schaer streets, police said in a news release. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
