DailyKenn.com — We tend to find what we're looking for and if you're looking white racism you will find it everywhere.
Credible psychologists call it 'confirmation bias.' We begin with a belief system, then our mind takes over confirming our beliefs and confusing them with reality.
Is that what Dr. Donald Moss is doing?
The New York City psychoanalyst wrote, "Whiteness is a condition one first acquires and then one has—a malignant, parasitic-like condition to which “white” people have a particular susceptibility". [source]
Psychologists also use the term 'gaslighting' in which an individual or group of people are falsely vilified. For example, vilifying Jews as thieves, blacks as criminals, and whites are racists may be forms of gaslighting.
Gaslighters attempt to convince their victims that they are guilty as charged. For example, attempting to convince white people that they are innately racist could be considered 'cultural gaslighting.'
"Gaslighting is a form of psychological manipulation in which a person or a group covertly sows seeds of doubt in a targeted individual or group, making them question their own memory, perception, or judgment," according to wikipedia.com.

• Psychologists and neurologists know that all people groups harbor in-group biases. Blood, as they say, is thicker than water. These biases apply to races, ethnicities, religions, sports teams, etc. In that sense, those who portray Whites as possessing pathological biases against out-groups are accurate. However, when our thoughts are misdirected to assume that Whites are exclusively biased, we are being deceived.
A white, New York City psychoanalyst is under fire after publishing a report decrying his skin color as a “malignant, parasitic like condition” without a “permanent cure.”
Dr. Donald Moss — a published author who teaches at the New York Psychoanalytic Institute — published “On Having Whiteness” last month in the Journal of the American Psychoanalytic Association.
“Whiteness is a condition one first acquires and then one has — a malignant, parasitic-like condition to which “white” people have a particular susceptibility,” an abstract of the article on Sage Journals says.
“The condition is foundational, generating characteristic ways of being in one’s body, in one’s mind, and in one’s world.
“Parasitic Whiteness renders its hosts’ appetites voracious, insatiable, and perverse,” states the paper, also published on the National Library of Medicine’s PubMed site.
