Abatehate.com -- Yasemin Uyar, age 24, was found dead in Monterey, Tennessee.
Charges connected to Uyar’s death were pending against Tyler Rios, age 27.
Reports say the New Jersey woman was planning to return home from Tennessee, apparently to escape an abusive relationship with Rios. The couple's 2-year-old son was found safe in a motel room with Rios.
Uyar's body had been hidden in a wooded area by Rios, according to nj.com.
Yasemin Uyar, the New Jersey woman who police said was abducted along with her 2-year-old son by the boy’s father, was found dead in Tennessee, her mother told NJ Advance Media Sunday morning.
Uyar was 24.

Rios, 27, was being held pending extradition to New Jersey. Karen Uyar told NJ Advance Media her daughter’s remains were found in the woods and she told CBS New York that Rios told police where he had put the body.
