AbateHate.com — Nicole Flanagan, age 42, was found dead in New York City, New York.
Arrested was 25-year-old Aquellio Parker.
Reports say Parker surrendered to police after being seen transporting a barrel from an upscale apartment building. The barrel appears to be identical to the barrel containing the remains of Flanagan.
Parker
has an arrest record stemming from participation with a street gang in
2014. Flanagan was described as a prostitute who lived alone but was the
mother of three children.

A
29-year-old man was charged with helping to illegally dispose of the
naked body of a New York City escort from Fairfield County in a barrel
left on a quiet Northern New Jersey street.
In announcing the
arrest of Aquellio Parker, of Queens, early Tuesday evening, Aug. 24,
Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella didn't say how authorities believe
42-year-old Greenwich native Nicole Flanagan died.
...
Flanagan's naked body was found in a 55-gallon barrel just off Teaneck Road in Ridgefield Park the morning of Friday, Aug. 13.
An
autopsy by the Bergen County Medical Examiner's Office -- particularly
the results of blood and alcohol toxicology tracing -- will help tell
how she died, authorities said.

Police
sources said Parker, a Springfield Gardens resident and a member of the
Queens-based SNOW street gang, was identified as a person of interest
in the case last week.
He was one of 31 alleged members of the
gang busted in a 2014 takedown, and was out on parole after he was
sentenced to 3-to-9 years for conspiracy in 2016, public records show.
Flanagan,
who has family in Connecticut, was a mother of three, but she was most
recently living alone in an apartment building in the Bronx’s Woodlawn
neighborhood.
Law enforcement sources described her as a
prostitute with a record of arrests on drug charges, one Bronx neighbor
told the Daily News. “She always had a second set of clothes.”
