Arrested was 25-year-old Ebony Willis.
Reports say Willis was in a motel room with Summers and another man where she apparently shot and robbed them. Summers died. The other man managed to make it to the lobby where he collapsed, but survived.
The incident occurred August 22, 2021.

A
woman was arrested on Monday in connection with a shooting at the
Radisson Hotel Phoenix Airport that left one man dead and one man
critically injured over the weekend.
The woman has been identified by police as 25-year-old Ebony Willis.

Multiple gunshots were heard coming from the seventh floor at about 5 a.m.
The
injured man fled the room and collapsed on the floor of the lobby,
leaving a trail of blood from the staircase down to reception. An
employee called 911 and notified police.
The man told police
that Willis shot both men and robbed them. Summers was located on the
floor of the room with a gunshot injury but was later pronounced dead
from his injury.
