Reports say Nassah was working as a security guard at a motel when he confronted Chinn who was pounding on a door. Chinn allegedly shot Nassah twice. The victim died later at hospital.

security guard at an Orange County hotel was fatally shot late Sunday
during a confrontation with a guest, who was later arrested in the
killing, records show, though some details of what led up to the
shooting remain unclear.
Elias Nasseh, 35, died at a hospital
after he was shot twice at the Days Inn on 33rd Street, according to the
Orange County Sheriff’s Office. Michael Chinn Jr., 23, was arrested on a
charge of second-degree murder in his death.
