AbateHate.com — Reports say White employees working for AT&T are facing racist policies.

The program seems to follow the same mindset as Coca-Cola's 'be less White' dogma imposed its workers. 

Christopher Rufo, a vocal opponent of Critical Race Theory (CRT), reportedly noted that

White employees, the source said, are tacitly expected to confess their complicity in “white privilege” and “systemic racism,” or they will be penalized in their performance reviews.
