35-year-old Fiston Ngoy has been charged with rape, aggravated indecent assault and related counts, reports say. Ngoy is a common name in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Ngoy is accused of raping a woman on a commuter train in suburban Philadelphia. Other riders were present, but did nothing. The incident was recorded by a security video camera, reports added.
The incident helps explain why Jim Crow laws were common in some parts of the country.
Meanwhile, the far-left media continues to chide the co-called Central Park Karen who called police on a black male who appeared to be aggressive. Amy Cooper lost her job after the media outed her as the 'Karen' who called the cops.
