DailyKenn.com — Assistant principals David Shenhan Yang, 38, and Natasha Harris, 37, are each facing a count of child abuse after they failed to notify police that a 17-year-old male student had allegedly fondled two girls.
Reports say that Harris and Yang are required by California State Law to immediately alert law enforcement of child abuse or neglect.
The incidents allegedly occurred at Carter High School in Rialto, Calif.
