DailyKenn.com — Onlookers watched in horror as a woman was dragged to her death in broad daylight during New Orleans, LA carjacking.
The victim was dragged a significant distance by her own vehicle, police say. Her arm was detached during the ordeal.
It took emergency technicians about 15 minutes to responds. It was unknown why the ET team took so long to arrive, if the delay contributed to the victim's death, or if the delay was racially motivated.
The suspects were described as juvenile females.
The victim was identified as Linda Frickey, 73.
