DailyKenn.com — 28-year-old Nicole M. Hammond was fatally shot after rebuffing advances from a coworker, reports say. 

Arrested was Michael J. Carpenter, 36. 

Sources say the victim was shot in the neck outside their workplace.

According to a criminal complaint, "Investigators found multiple text messages between Hammond and Carpenter from the previous night where she said she 'did not want to be touched by' Carpenter and told him to not make things uncomfortable at work."

The incident occurred in St. Cloud, MN.
