DailyKenn.com — 51-year-old Bartholomew Masciulli was shot in the face and killed at the Philadelphia, PA FedEx facility where he worked.

Keith Blount was charged with criminal homicide and first- and third-degree murder. He also faces firearms charges and counts of assault against police.

Reports say the shooter was apparently waiting for Masciulli in the FedEx parking lot when the shooting occurred. 

Masciulli was a FedEx driving instructor who reportedly gave Blount a negative review. It appears Blount killed Masciulli as retribution. 

Later, Blount fired on four police officers prior to his arrest.
